JAIMEAS
JAIMEAS is a small general purpose Java applet that allows you to create an
"active interface" for Web pages very easily and quickly.
The applet is driven by a script. The script contains two things:
- the definitions of the objects to use
- the actions on the objects
Latest news
Version 1.5 of JAIMEAS is ready.
Changed loader to load zipped script files (to reduce bandwidth with large
scripts), and "include" statement to include another script file in
a script file. Added "move" option for actions to move objects to
absolute locations or move them relatively to their current position.
Version 1.5 includes the Java source code of JAIMEAS.
JAIMEAS is glad to be of service to the following sites:
- Primordial Soup
- COGENT, cognitive
modelling software
- Yoyo
If you want to be added to this list, send me an

You may download JAIMEAS as a compressed tar file
or as a zip file. Either file contains the same
things. There is a README file inside the packages
that is worth reading (read it here if you want help unpacking the file).
These files contain the JAIMEAS applet in binary and source form,
the documentation the tutorial and all examples (basically everything you
see here on the site)
Also checkout JAIDraw, allowing to you draw
